About the Workshop

Join @-fuoco- for a class that’s half workout and half discussion on the sorts of exercises that directly support your rope bottoming practice and how to do them properly. Anyone attending can expect to break a bit of a sweat, and will also leave with a better understanding of how to workout at home in ways that directly relate to their bottoming experience. Riggers are welcome and encouraged to join!

What to bring

Please have a yoga mat or some sort of comfortable flooring that you can move on. You’re encouraged to prepare some sort of light-weight free weight (so 5 lb/2 kg dumbbells will work well, or alternatively, make your own with a couple of easy-to-hold water bottles or milk jugs full up with water). Finally, we’ll be using some living room furniture to assist us, so a study couch or chair is a good thing to have nearby to where you set up.

You will need to download zoom to access this class. You do not need to have your camera or microphone on to attend this class.

We have 3 tiers of tickets, with pay what you can options via the donation option. Free tickets are available for NHS and health care workers and we have budget tickets for those struggling financially right now.
